Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RAWS account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, clean condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
